Ruby Lotti Hotel Hamburg

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center, famous landmarks, and public transportation. We were able to visit the city hall and other attractions within walking distance.

We had the perfect location for exploring Hamburg at Ruby. We were able to walk everywhere, from the famous landmarks like the Opera House and St Michael Church, to the vibrant districts and museums. The S1 train from the airport conveniently brought us just a short walk away from the hotel. The interior design of the reception bar and lobby was trendy and cool, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Checking in was easy with the easy self-check-in process. The rooms were bright, creative, and comfortable. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and stylish design.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to all the main attractions of the city. It is in a nice area, making it easy to access from the airport. The rooms are bright and modern, offering a comfortable stay. Some rooms even provide a beautiful view of the river, adding to the overall experience. The self-check-in process is quick and efficient, allowing guests to get to their rooms in no time.

Some guests have expressed disappointment with the lack of customer service and the see-through bathrooms, which they found to be lacking in privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfectly central and allowed us to explore the area with ease. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, and a safe. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the welcome drink and the in-room tea and coffee facilities. The sun terrace was also a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

The hotel had lots of cool and unique details, like a tablet in the room that provided a guide to the hotel and a phone with a city guide. The location was great, with easy access to both the town centre and the port. Another advantage was the staff, who were helpful, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to the receptionist/bartender with blue streaks in her hair for her patience and assistance.

On the negative side, the quality of the bed and the pillow were not up to par. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was rock hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
